Having worked in the Tasmanian market for more than six years, Praveen has successfully assisted in the sale of over 120 businesses and properties since 2020.

His experience spans a diverse range of transactions, from small owner-operated businesses through to multi-million-dollar business and property sales, providing him with a deep understanding of Tasmania's unique market and business landscape. Praveen holds a Master of Professional Accounting from Charles Sturt University and is a member of CPA Australia, the Australian Institute of Business Brokers (AIBB), and Business Brokers Network Australia (BBNA). His accounting background provides clients with valuable insight when assessing business performance, financial statements, business value, and transaction structures.
